Sunrise View from Our TN Porch

Coffee on the Porch

This is the porch where we have coffee each morning.

The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handiwork. (Psalm 91:1)

We are so blessed!

As the sun comes up we watch the horses and goats in the distance.

Morning peace is over. Time to feed the animals.

What could be better than this?

I’ll have to snap some sunset photos; our back patio faces west.

    Awesome, Robin!

I SO agree…it just doesn’t get much better than a cup of coffee on the porch, while admiring His creation. The mornings are finally getting cool enough here in NE FL. for us to enjoy that. πŸ˜€

This discussion reminds me of a stanza from a poem (Omnipresence, by Anne Ortlund) I read recently…

    “Oh, praise the Lord!
This earth is crammed with heaven!
    Oh, praise the Lord!
    And, Christian, look around!
For every bush you pass with fire is flaming,
And every spot you tread is holy ground.”

    Thanks for sharing, sister! πŸ™‚
