By admin in Homemaking
I found the ideas for this Rainbow Salad in the book The pH Miracle: Balance Your Diet, Reclaim Your Health page 286.
I make it when I get home from the grocery store. Store it in the same airtight bowl and it stays good for a full week.
It consist of mainly lettuces, spinach, and lots of shredded veggies (no tomatoes or foods that would get mushy).
Step 1: Gather Ingredients

- Mushrooms
- Peppers (red, yellow, green)

- Asparagus
G-BOMBS (Greens, Beans, Onions, Mushrooms, Berries and Seeds) are the foods with the most powerful anti-cancer and anti-fat storage effects.
Step 2. Fill Bowl 3/4 full of Lettuces
Step 3. Chop & Add Veggies

I really, really love this. I have been trying to do it, and love having salad always ready in the fridge.
I have just been told I need both knees replaced, but I need to loose a LOT of weight first; I was so pleased to see this receipe; it will be such a big help to not have to stand so much in the kitchen, and it looks very healthy and should help me with my weight loss.
