Panini Recipes or Creative Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

NOTE: I made these BEFORE I went Wheat Free.

Soup and sandwich is a quick and easy dinner.  There is something wonderful about crunchy toast and warm gooey cheese.  I’ve been experimenting with my panini maker. I promised to share recipes. These can be made in a frying pan, Rocket Grill, or panini maker.

I agree…paninis are SO GOOD! I don’t have a panini maker but use a regular saute pan and put a heavy pot on top to smash them down as they cook. So good!
