Question: The pancake recipe calls for one tablespoon! of stevia. Is this a typo, and if not, what kind of stevia are you using? Is it cut with something? In my experience using stevia, anything made with one tablespoon of pure powdered stevia would be impossible to eat.
SHould have been one tablespoon of Truvia- stevia made to measure like sugar
A friend gave me the recipe last week and I found your website. I made the pancake recipe with the cinnamon and stevia. I substituted the stevia for 1 tbsp honey. I cooked it in the microwave and it makes some sort of cake. Delicious. Thank you for your great ideal.
These sound great — My only concern is the microwaving, which kills nutrition significantly. I might try to do these on a griddle instead of microwave. Otherwise, these recipes are great! I love discovering new, healthy, grain-free recipes — Thanks.
