Guacamole Deviled Eggs Recipe

Revival begin tomorrow at our church. I’m making these Deviled Eggs for a finger food fellowship after church. These eggs are a bit different than traditional deviled eggs and oh so yummy with avocados.

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 whole eggs in the shell
  • 3-4 avocados – peeled, pitted, and mashed
  • 4 tablespoon minced green onion
  • 4 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, or to taste
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon-style prepared mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • paprika
  • Optional  cilantro & jalapeno (I don’t care for either)
  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover, and let eggs stand in hot water for 15- 18  minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, and peel. Slice eggs in half, and remove yolks to a mixing bowl.
  2. In the bowl with the yolks, combine the avocado, green onion. Stir in the lime juice, and season with salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Mix well, and fill empty egg white halves. Chill until serving. Sprinkle with paprika just before serving.
