Easy Bake Mini Cakes in 3 Minutes

If your children like to bake and you are not in the mood to get out the mixing bowls and pans this is a great alternative.

Or if you really need a chocolate fix and you are not in the mood to get out the mixing bowls and pans this is a great alternative.

My boys made Betty Crocker Warm Delights Mini cakes tonight.

So easy: They opened the packets of mix, add water, stir, microwave all in the provided container and cook for 1 minute and 15 seconds in the microwave. No mess no fuss.

Making these reminded me of my Easy Bake Oven days. They enjoyed eating the cakes but the real fun was making them.

Hi Robin, I don’t know if you remember me, but I won your Cesar Milan book giveaway back in May. I did email you with my details, but didn’t hear back from you. Don’t worry if I’m too late now, I didn’t want you to think that I had ignored your generosity!

    Have a good day,
    love, Tina :)
