    I like Piliates I follow the DVD floor routines and workout on Piliates Power Gym.
    I also walk.

    My goals is to work out at lease 4 days a week and to lose 25 lbs.

    My goal is to become strong, healthy and fit. I like using resistance training and weights, not overly keen on cardio.

    I plan to workout 3 times a week and 4 times a week alternately.

    I just joined the gym last week and I walk.

    I use the #easports personal trainer for the wii.

    I try to workout at least 5 times per week and have been writing down everything that goes in my mouth for a month now.

    Goal 4 to 5 workouts per week
    Goal lose 20 lbs
    Keep up w/my calorie intake

    I had decided to begin a twitter account to keep myself and hopefully others to keep me accountable for what I’m eating. I just don’t want to have to admit that I ate a big piece of cake or something. :) Anyway-I wondered if anyone else does something like this and that’s when I ran across your post.

    Exercise is definitely something I’m struggling with-especially with snow on the ground right now.

    I’m a bit new to the twitter scene and still find a lot of it confusing, but I think I’ll get in there and see if I can start tweeting my exercise.

  16. i do a lot of heavy exercise twice a week and it really helped my health to be on excellent condition .,*
