I Have gained approx 10 lbs every year since I moved to NY
I just joined the gym last week and I walk
My Goal is to work out @ least 3 days a week & to lose 80 lbs
I had decided to begin a twitter account to keep myself and hopefully others to keep me accountable for what I’m eating. I just don’t want to have to admit that I ate a big piece of cake or something. Anyway-I wondered if anyone else does something like this and that’s when I ran across your post.
Exercise is definitely something I’m struggling with-especially with snow on the ground right now.
I’m a bit new to the twitter scene and still find a lot of it confusing, but I think I’ll get in there and see if I can start tweeting my exercise.

I use the #easports personal trainer for the wii.
I try to workout at least 5 times per week and have been writing down everything that goes in my mouth for a month now.
Goal 4 to 5 workouts per week
Goal lose 20 lbs
Keep up w/my calorie intake

This sounds like a fun and innovative accountability group, but I can’t seem to find this # on twitter.
the best exercise are full body exercises like military press and also swimming.*’:
i always make sure that i take exercise at least 3 times a week-,’
i do a lot of heavy exercise twice a week and it really helped my health to be on excellent condition .,*
