I spray it onto a little scrubby pad and run it along all the baseboards in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room. I rub it across the entrance of shelves and cupboards where I have seen silvefish; and I spray it into any cracks between appliances, cupboards etc.- any dark place. So far, I have only seen two tiny silverfish since I started this. Let's hope. A few years ago we had an ant infestation, and couldn't find the source. I pulled out the electric range drawer, which was squeeking, and sprayed the tracks. The ants disappeared. You have to scrap as much up as you can while it is hot...use an iron and a paper bag and get as much up as you can then use WD-40 and spray it on the wax blot with a hot rag after all the wax is us clean your carpet with a carpet scrubber!!
