Chicken Fajitas

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Olive oil
- 1 large onion
- 1 yellow pepper
Optional Seasonings (to taste)
- Cholula Chili roast powder
- Tajan powder
- Chili powder
- Steak seasoning
lettuce, tomato, sour cream, guacamole, cheese, tortillas
Chop the pepper and onions into strips. sauté onion in pan until they have crispy edges. Add the yellow pepper strips. Slice chicken into long strips and add to onions and peppers. Cook until done and lightly browned.
Heat tortillas in pan and serve with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, guacamole, and cheese. on the side.
