Robin's Recovery, part 2

Hi everyone! It is about 11:00am on Saturday and I just heard from Ronnie. He has been with her all morning. Robin is still in ICU but only because they are waiting for a bed to open up in the Cardiac ward. She is still groggy but that is to be expected considering the pain medication. Her only complaint about pain has been about the incision in her forearm where they took the blood vessel they used for the bypass.

Ronnie has had a few friends who have experienced this same surgery and he said that the third day after the surgery is usually the worst. Please continue to pray that Robin’s pain will be minimal and that she will recover quickly. Pray that the hospital staff will be attentive to her needs. And, of course, pray for the family – that God will continue to give them added strength.
