Revive Our Hearts
Thank you for all the kind words, get well wishes and prayers. I am doing really well. The new medicines have a side effect I didn’t plan on–insomnia. I think the hormones have thrown me into menopause. So I spend the wee hours of the morning listening to sermons.
Nancy Leigh DeMoss of Revive Our Hearts is the first audio I usually listen to. She is always so encouraging so I wanted to pass on her recent broadcasts to you. You can listen from her site or at the links below.
Answered Prayers
Speaking of mothers interceding, a few weeks ago my 30-year-old son and I decided to pray in agreement (Matthew 18:19-20) for a specific need for his family the first thing every morning. He received an answer this morning and called me bubbling with excitement. My 32-year-old daughter and I started a similar agreement prayer today.
It is so exciting to watch God answer and such a blessing for me to watch my children look for the answers He provides!
Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. (Mat 7:7-8)
And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. (John 14:13)
Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. (Heb 4:16)
And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him. (1 John 6:14-15)

The Kneeling Christian
Since its first publication, The Kneeling Christian has helped hundreds of thousands of believers discover the key to God’s treasure house of blessing. This classic book on prayer, written by “An Unknown Author” sometime before the 1930′s, answers the most basic and often-asked questions Christians have about prayer. My grandmother gave it to me as a teenager–life changing!

Robin, would you pray in agreement with me on behalf of my friend Cheri, who’s body is threatening a miscarriage. She hadn’t planned a pregnancy, but now she’s sad at the thought of losing it.
Praising our Abba for your healing.
Thanks for stopping by my blog and adding me to your meme list. I’ll have to get a logo for that since it seems that there are a few moms who what to play along.
I’m glad to hear that you are feeling better . . . I truly understand, as I’ve been struggling with altitude sickness for the entire three years that we lived in the Rocky Mountains. It is very discouraging to feel so yucky for so long. Keep praying and keep on with your ministry! Nina
