Thank you for sharing this information. I knew garlic was very good for you and had anti-biotic properties but did not know it was good for asthma. My husband has been wheezing for the past few nights and had to take breathing treatments. I just told him about this and he is willing to give it a try. Yeah! It will be so much better for him than the meds.

Great info here Robin! Garlic also seems to help thin the blood, prevent blockage in blood vessels, and so lower blood pressure.

I have put it on my meatloaf, in tuna salad, meatballs, etc. It hides well, believe it or not! Take it straight, though, and EEEK! It opens your arteries so wide a car could drive through LOL (which is a good thing!).

    Thanks Robin,

I have used raw garlic to fight allergy symptoms with complete success. Eating it before going to sleep allows any breath odors to dissipate before rejoining society the next day.
I have even noticed that returning symptoms of allergies are greatly reduced or just don’t occur.
