Homeschooling the Next Generation
I’m so proud of my girls. Let me tell you a little about them. They each think outside-the-box and have entrepreneurial attitudes. Two of them operate homeschool businesses.
Belinda is the director Family Christian Academy a private Christian School and Homeschool in the Nashville TN area. Rebecca, .my second daughter and hubby Scot homeschool their five children and live in the Nashville area.
This is a photo of a recent family get together, three of my daughters and three granddaughters. Sorry for cell phone quality.
Left to Right Abigail (13) Rebecca (30 something) Jennifer (14), Me (not telling), Regina (24), Belinda (30 something), Ann Marie (11). You know your getting old when your children don’t want to share their ages!
Belinda
Belinda is my oldest daughter, homeschooled until she graduated in 1990.
Belinda is the director Family Christian Academy a private Christian School and Homeschool in the Nashville TN area. I call it Hybrid Homeschool– its a super concept combining private and homeschool.
Homeschool family can send their children to school taught by certified teachers two or three days a week to help parents educate while still teaching their children (and giving mom some time off).
Every Friday FCA offers Fine Arts lessons including: oil paining, violin, piano, photography, creative writing, music, culinary arts, computer layout and design, sewing, quilting, literature, foreign language, driver’s education, financial peace, home economics, literature, kid’s science, and more.
Rebecca
Rececca Keliher is my second daughter, homeschooled until she graduated in 1992 . Her and hubby Scot homeschool their five children and live in the Nashville area.

Scot and Rebecca publish Home Educating Family Magazine and The Well Planned Day homeschool planners. You can request a free sampleissue at Home Educating Family Magazine.
Victoria
Victoria is my third daughter, homeschooled until she graduated in 1995.
Victoria and hubby live in Orlando FL so she is not in the family photo above:(.
They have 3 boys. Victoria is loving mom, beautician, estition and a real hoot.

Regina
Regina is my youngest daughter homeschooled until she graduated in 2003.
She manages a retail store in Nashville. Regina is a super sweetie. She is amazing on the piano and composes classical music. She is working on her estition license and is a Mary Kay consultant.

I found your blog quite by accident looking up a recipe. I don’t know how you find time for all that you do. You are an amazing person.
I homeschooled children with dyslexia. It has been an unbeleivable challenge. I am so gratefull to God that I did it. I have one more year to go and then I am finished.
God bless you and I am so looking forward to trying your great recipes.
Lisa.
