p.s. I don’t spend the time, or didn’t for a long several decades, in prayer that I could /should?…
When I do, sometimes because of ‘desperation’, sometimes because of joyfulness!, sometimes because of just plain ‘okay I will’ sons’ obedience (the REALLY GOOD DAYS)..
well,
anyway, when I do spend time in prayer, it is ALWAYS better than if I don’t….
but / and not religious prayer, rather just like a little child eagerly hopeful and knowing that ABBA is VERY able and VERY willing AND ABBA KNOWS BEST too(if I goof up, or ask something might not be best, just leave it up to DAD to do right! YEAH YEAH YEAH! HE IS GOOD) Still, (I) hafta grow up some day… and now I want to also.. … (over 50 and still a kid… was good for a time – YHVH is so gentle and patient)

“Jesus had obvious long-term goals but He practiced daily as a responder. He prayed daily and allowed the needs of the people around Him to set His agenda. He saw people’s needs as opportunities to minister. We need to ask God to help us learn to schedule by faith.”

I don’t see Yahshua responding to people’s needs. He Himself said that He did what He saw His Father Abba Elohim Yhwh do and He Spoke what Abba His Father Spoke. I believe Yahshua told His Disciples to do the same – always abide in the Word with Abba and do what He Does, Speak His Words. How fearful and trembling this is!(to be not just ‘on the mountain’ with Yhwh the Only Creator, but Proclaim “ABBA! WITH US” now and do each moment with Him.)

It’s a very rare question, how would Jesus schedule?! But I always believe that even though Satan has been ruling this materialistic world, Jesus is always there to support and help us. He is just like.. on standby mode until the end of the days where He will fight against Satan and once again rule the heavens and the earth.

Dear Robin,
God has so clearly led me to your blog. How encouraging. I especially agree with and am pointed to Jesus again with the faith vs. fear section. How easily I take back what only God can accomplish. I turn once again all of my fears to Him. He indeed, is so faithful!
