Cyber Friends and Excellence Blog Award

Here in cyber-space is a community of bloggers. It is huge worldwide community divided into smaller hubs of like-minded folk making several small circles of friends.
What a blessing to be a part of a Christian homeschooling community that reaches across the world to encourage one another. Our friends reflect the choices we make in life.
Friendship is one of the great gifts of life. Two are better than one (Eccl. 4: 9). A friend loveth at all times… (Prov. 17: 17). Special friendships are built slowly and with effort, these true friends are the ones who will delight and motivate us throughout life.
We are a community–a loving fellowship of Christians making connections. Each of us in our own way is searching for a sense of personal significance, for real community. The Holy Spirit’s work in our life empowers us to help in the development of cyber friends.
We encourage, we laugh and even cry writing posts and comments. We share concerns, likes, and dislikes. Our posts and comments convict, inspire, and move us in unforeseen ways. We pray for one another and learn from one another. We grow because of one another. Our relationships link our similar desires and goals of life and love.
Spiritual growth comes through Bible study, prayer and participating in the life of God in His Body, the Church. Being together we come face-to-face with Christ. “…consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near” (Heb 10:24-25). We can be there for one another, through times of trial, happy times, and hard times.
Some of you have reached into my heart with a firm hold. I have felt your love and hugs without meeting face to face. I am grateful for each of you.

On with the awards. Brace yourself, this is not easy to follow. Quiet Mom awarded my homemaking blog , Heart at Home the Excellent Blog Award. I awarded several special people the award. Those people awarded other people the award. (Follow? we are on a new level now).
Deanne Crawford awarded the award to this blog. Someone else awarded Sherry from Lady of Virtue the award and Sherry passed it on to Heart of Wisdom. I guess we are a closer circle than we thought.
According to the rules of the Excellent Blog award.
By accepting this Excellent Blog Award, you have to award it to 10 more people who’s blog’s you find Excellent Award worthy.
