Health Update and Timeline Summary

I went for my second iron infusion yesterday. This is me at the oncologist (boy, I’ve really aged this year). My blood levels are exactly the same, no improvement. So I’m going to be admitted into the Murfreesboro hospital today for a blood transfusion. I did not want a blood transfusion (for obvious reasons).
I’m asking you all to pray I receive clean blood. Jesus turned water to wine; He can turn tainted blood into clean blood. I should feel much better after this procedure. Thanks for your prayers.
If you are new to this blog this time line explains this is ongoing frustrating battle but the Lord is working in every step.

Today: Waiting on God
For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you,’ declares the Lord, ‘and will bring you back from captivity’ (Jeremiah 29:11-14a).

Oh dear Robin,
Yes you do look like you’ve aged a little but you know what? I can see that you are even more beautiful than in your other pictures that I’ve seen. I think it’s the time you’ve been spending in prayer and in God’s word that has brought a gentleness and sense of serenity to your graceful face.
Oh Robin, I haven’t been online much at all…therefore haven’t been frequenting the boards or groups or blogs but I do want you to know that YOU have been on my mind a lot and so I have been praying for you, and your family, a lot. My absence on the ‘net is not an indication of my thoughts or prayers for you.
Oh dear friend, you have such a beautiful heart. I pray that the Lord God is with you today, overseeing your procedures and giving you peace.
Lots of love,
Susan <

Robin,
I’m praying for you. I’m sure that the blood transfusion will make you feel so much better. They usually do make a big difference that way. Now you just have to keep healing and getting stronger physically as you continue to grow spiritually.
By the way, you’re beautiful!
Blessings…
Cheryl

Robin, I pray that the blood of the lamb cleanses the blood you will receive because it is life giving blood. This has been my prayer for my 18 month old that has received 2 blood exchages and 9 transfusions since she was born. God has always been faithful!
Comment by Miss Jocelyn :

(((( HUGS FROM TEXAS )))) Can you feel them??? I hope so.
I just drove through TN, too! I could kick myself. I probably could have stopped in to see you. I drove from Memphis to Nashville last week… and then up to Michigan. I wish I had thought about stopping in then.

Our Father, In Heaven, You are amazing and know our needs before we’ll even know. It is your will we ultimately ask for yet in our own desires and fears we come before You. Lord, please be with Robin today and throughout this scary time. What faith she has and what a testimony she is to all of us as she relies on You for her strength. I pray that You will supply all her needs, not only health wise but emotionally too. May she feel Your presence and know You are there. In Christ’s name, I ask these of You, Amen.
