We do not "do" easter nor do we attend any church that day because of all the exposure to those people who do and references to the term "easter". However, we have been greatly blessed by celebrating all the wonderful parallels of Resurrection Sunday and Passover with Jesus!!!! We celebrate Jesus as the Passover Lamb, the seder plate, the lamb we eat and other special foods, communion, special time of honor and worship to the Lord and finally my husband anoints the doorposts and each of us and blesses us all. What a special time for us. We celebrate Passover when most people do easter.
