Grapevine is an effective, easy-to-teach Bible curriculum for ages five to adult. Through the use of Bible timelines and easy-to-follow lessons, Grapevine Studies will give your students a panoramic view of the Bible using easy stick figure drawings. I was really intrigued when I saw this program and had to try it.

My boys enjoyed the lessons and had a lot of fun creating the drawings.   Here is a sample page.

Stick Figuring is an ancient method of teaching which continues to be effective even in the 21st century. Grapevine Studies creatively integrates stick figures, timelines, words, symbols, and colors to teach the Bible. This unique Bible study will stimulate your student’s imagination and engage their intellect as they see how the Bible fits together!

As the children work through the five-part-lessons they understand the biblical characters and events in terms of their context, chronology, culture and geography. We used the folloing schedule:
They offer Old Testament, New Testament and even the Feasts and Holy Days:
  • Sabbath
  • Purim
  • Passover
  • Feast of Unleavened Bread
  • Feast of First Fruits
  • Feast of Trumpets
  • Day of Atonement
  • Feast of Tabernacles

  10. What a great way to bring the Bible to life! Love this!!

  11. WOW, Robin, what a Great idea! Two of my children struggle to write/draw (ASD), but stick people should be very doable:)That way they can focus more on lesson content and less on the pencil mechanics; I think the ease of stick drawing may encourage/improve their pencil mechanics too:) Thank you for always blessing us with your Great resource discoveries! Thanks for the discount coupon!! Shalom~Shalom, Kelly

I’m very excited to learn from all your resources for homeschooling.
Years ago my husband and I homeschooled one of our children and now were being asked to homeschool our great grandchild who will be three on the 8th of February. So of course who could say no! So here we sit in our later years doing this all over again starting the coming September.

  16. I love the unique way that this curriculum teaches the Word, especially for moms that are artistically “handicapped”.

  17. Thanks for the info. Especially like the ones on the Biblical Feasts and Holy Days. My son likes drawing stick figures already so I can see how he would like this style.
