Get Out of the Pit Videos
Do you feel stuck? Are you in a situation that you feel you can’t out of? Are you facing trials that can’t get victory from? Do you struggle with strongholds? Are you fighting areas of bondage? You are in a pit!
God doesn’t want you in a pit. The Christian life does not mean you will be free from struggles. But God wants to deliver you from the pit! He wants you to learn from being in the pit and learn from getting out of it.
I’m in the middle of a Beth Moore study titled “Get Out of the Pit.” Every Christian has been in or currently in a pit. Beth explains there are three ways we get into the pit:
- We can be thrown in (like Joseph)
- We can slip in
- We can jump in
I have been in a lot of pits. The hardest on for me is the on I was thrown in. Since it wasn’t my fault it was easy for me to wallow in self pity and anger i.e. sin for about 12 years! Yep, I’ve been struggling with returning to anger and bitterness over something done to me 12 years ago. How sad it that? But this study has been a super blessing and helped me tremendously. We can get out of the pit! Beth continually points readers to the deliverance that awaits. Deliverance is for everyone, she proclaims-no matter how you got stuck, no matter how long you’ve been down, whether you think you deserve it or not. And in her straight-talking but loving style, she reminds readers that deliverance can begin for them this very day.

Been a pit myself, and am slowly coming out of it. It was one that me and my hubby have been dwelling in a long time, we are doing the getting out together with God’s help. Loved the videos. Sometimes we need someone else to get us kick started. Sharon
Sometimes it is good to share the pit

Love Beth Moore. She has blessed me so much over the years as I’ve sat in a little Starbucks with my friend listening or viewing her cds/dvds as we go through her different Bible Studies. Her love and enthusiasm for God’s word is contagious.
But most of all she has given me hope as she shares her stories of pit dwelling and then the truth that God is the only One who can pull us out. Currently on her blog http://livingproofministries.blogspot.com/, she chronicles the last 15 years of her ministry. It is a great encouragement to hear how God used her (a former pit dweller) in so many amazing ways.
