I do not often get on my knees to pray, but do try to pray as close to without ceasing as I can, only to find myself not doing it when I most likely need to. I can hardly wait to read the free download you mentioned. I shoot many quick breath prayers to Papa all day long, but should definitely do more on my knees. A couple years ago through prayer and mostly reading and proclaiming the psalms over me I was touched by the Holy Spirit and healed of a restricted blood flow in my brain that a cat scan detected. A day later the MRI verified the healing. I literally felt Him overcome me from head to toe. All fear went away and so did all my very scary syptoms. One time after that I allowed fear to creep up again and a symtom started to return. Then I prayed for strenght instead of fear and it never returned again! Your post was inspiring. Sometimes in busy life even with great experiences with prayer like I just mentioned we forget to really dedicate meaningful time to our spiritual growth! Robin,
