15 Moms Explain Homeschooling with Babies or Toddlers

marmee-and-scarlett-at-libraryIt has been a long time since I had toddlers in my house. This month I have my 4th daughter and one-year old granddaughter staying with us while I train my daughter to work for Heart of Wisdom.

<<<—This is Scarlett at the library.

Regina is 31 now but I vividly recall when she was a toddler, while I attempted to homeschool my older four children. When I was trying to teach she would stand in the middle of the room, put her hands on her hips and say very loudly, “Stop Talking!” 🙂

Now we are trying to work on computers with her one-year old toddling around the room. We do a tag-team making sure she has playtime and tons of educational toys around. For the first time my daughter understands how much time babies take up in a day.

I have homeschooled for 30 years which included breastfeeding five more children and lots of busy keeping up with toddlers. Busy boxes and older children caring for younger children worked for us.

I found some super ideas online for keeping your toddler happy and occupied during homeschool. I share the blog post links below. If you have a blog post about homeschooling with babies or toddlers to add you can using the Linkytool below.
