Homeschool Magazines

Homeschool Digest—Meaty Christian articles on every homeschool subject (teaching, socialization, courtship and much more.) You'll find practical tips, simple suggestions and bold biblical challenges that make up an open forum for wrestling through the complex issues that affect homeschooling families.

The Old Schoolhouse—Published by a Christian homeschool family. I love The Old Schoolhouse encouragement and humor. Some of the articles have left me laughing so hard I cried. The articles are down to earth and realistic (unlike some magazines that only show perfect homeschool families). The Old Schoolhouse review staff members try out products and skillfully write detailed reviews for your enlightenment (the reviews will save you time and money, and will guide you in making wise purchases).

Articles include interviews written by Elisabeth Elliot, Valerie Bendt, Joni Eareckson Tada, John Taylor Gatto, Kay Marshal Strom, William J. Bennett, Mike Smith (HSLDA), Cheri Fuller, Dennis Peterson, Lorraine Curry, Susan Wise Bauer and others. They offer several contests with great prizes.
